Dude. Joined Porntrex just to comment on the cooking.

"Sweating" is bullshit. Cook all your veggies on high. 5 minutes for onions. 1 minute for garlic. 10 minutes for mushroooms. Etc. Doesn't matter if it's oil or boiling water.

And this fascist sentiment about separate pots. Except for things that don't mix with water (onions, garlic,) you can do all at once.


...as long as you keep in mind what is going to boil off at the end. How long do you wait for it to cool off to eat? 5 minutes? 10 minutes?
